100 Resilience and Adversity Phrases to Give You Strength

I leave you the best resilience phrases of great historical figures such as Michael Jordan, Ernest Hemingway, Martin Luther King, Henry Ford, Albert Einstein, Hellen Keller, Napoleon Bonaparte or Confucius.

Resilience is the ability to recover from difficulties and face adversity. The word comes from "elasticity"; Like a spring that is stretched back to its original state, resilient people face difficulties, without letting it negatively affect their lives. What's more, they personally grow with adversity.

Something important to understand is that being resilient does not mean not having stress or suffering from something negative; that is normal. Being resilient is rather being able to face complex situations, accepting the negative emotions that they provoke, but being emotionally intelligent to grow from them instead of being "broken".
