5. You go in a herd: you move through the same environments

Zombies go in packs and that's exactly what you do. You have the same friends, acquaintances, co-workers. You don't associate with new people or explore new social circles. Yours is to go out with the same old friends to the usual bars and do the same as always.

You do not tolerate being alone so you waste your time in activities that do not fill you simply because others do..

You don't have your own voice, you let yourself go and, in effect, they take you from one place to another. When you realize it, the day is over. Another day being a zombie.

2. Improve your relationships

Leave behind the toxic people in your life and fill yourself with the ones that really color your life. Laugh, love, cry ... Live intense emotions with real people. Forget social networks and whatsapp. The people around you are the best of medicines.

3. Enjoy what makes you happy

Whether it's a hobby, a hobby, or a sport. Experiment with the five senses what makes you vibrate, what makes you lose track of time. Spend time with the family, go to the movies or have dinner at a good restaurant. Join that course you've been thinking about for a long time or just stay home and enjoy the stillness of silence.
