Find out if you have an emotional culture

Coaching and emotional culture, the pending matter

The emotional pedagogy deals with the analysis and intervention of the emotional factors and affective processes involved in the different learning mechanisms in our daily lives, so that analyzes the impact that emotions have on our different systems such as family, work, partner or the relationship we have with ourselves to be able to identify if there is a healthy management of them.

We can say that it is also a teaching and learning process where not only a cognitive process rather, the person learns to identify and healthily experience each of their emotions; which allows increasing the level of management and personal self-support.

Become more emotionally cultured, no doubt, increases in the person their possibilities of decision and their potentialities so that they can modify or build their present and their future and not just see it arrive or simply adapt to it

Bad press emotions

One of the great surprises that people get when they start their personal emotional learning process is that there are no positive or negative emotions in themselves, as Dr. Norberto Levy said- but each one brings us an implicit message that we must learn to read, both fear, anger, guilt, envy, are emotions that have very bad press, we all want to avoid feeling them.

We tend to cover up fear and yet they function as signals, each one of them warning about a particular problem and their function is to refer to that problem; emotions bring us inside information and learning to read them allows us to understand what specific problem each emotion detects and what is the path that solves the detected problem.

We tend to believe that emotions are the problem. That fear, anger, guilt, etc., are the problems that beset us. And it is not like that. They become problems, when we do not know how to take advantage of the information they provide. For example, learn the difference between guilt and responsibility is one of the great steps in this process.

We all know that whoever is guilty deserves “a punishment” and this is how it works in our mind, if we feel guilty we will end up punishing ourselves in some way, while if I feel responsible and I have made a mistake I can solve it in many ways apologizing and repairing the mistake made as well as learning about the whole process

Emotional training in Coaching sessions

In sessions coaching both individually and in groups we teach to increase the emotional culture of our clients, which helps us to enjoy much more of the different areas in which we interact; studies, work, family, friends, couple.

Emotional culture it isa valuable tool to interact healthily first, with ourselves and then with a wide range of people around us.
